APPOINTMENTS

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Ohmbiance cannot accommodate walk-ins. A credit card number may be required to hold your reservation, though will not be charged unless of a no-show or late cancellation. Please refer to cancellation policy for more details.

PREGNANCY

With Ohmbiance, every session is fully tailored for the needs of each guest. Expectant mothers are welcomed to experience facials after their first trimester.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please consult with your doctor, dermatologist, naturopath, etc. before scheduling an appointment if you have any unique medical concerns, allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions or are pregnant. Please note on your intake form any & all medical conditions.

PAYMENT

Ohmbiance accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Venmo or PayPal will be treated as cash. Pricing is subject to change.


CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Out of respect for everyones time & commitments, I request a minimum of a 24 hour notice for cancellations of any scheduled appointments.  50% of your scheduled services will be due with a cancellation without a 24 hour notice.  100% of your scheduled services will be due if no notice is given for a no-show & a deposit may be required for future appointments.  Late arrivals may be considered a no-show. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, please let me know as soon as possible so that we may facilitate as needed. I appreciate your understanding.


LATE ARRIVALS

I will do my best to accommodate your full treatment time.  However your treatment may be shortened, if necessary, so that I may keep my commitment to other clients appointments that may follow yours & assure they begin on time.  Discounts or refunds are not given for shortened treatments as a result of arriving late.  Any tardiness greater than 20 minutes may require you to reschedule your appointment & you may be charged the fee in accordance to cancellation policy.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsure of a product please ask for a sample prior to purchase. Products must be returned unopened & unused within 14 days in order to receive a refund. Open & used products may be exchanged for another product if returned within 14 days. Refunds are not applicable to services. If you are unhappy with your service please reach out to ASAP so I am aware & may assist in a resolution.
